2. Delhivery: A trusted logistics provider offering fast and efficient delivery across India.
3. India Post: The national postal service, available in areas where other carriers may not operate.

Note: The available shipping carrier for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and service availability at the time of shipping.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer 50% discount on shipping for orders above ₹20,000.
• Standard Shipping: For orders a standard shipping fee will be applied, it will be visible in checkout section after selecting delivery address.
• Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, based on the carrier"s rates, if you require faster delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be added to your order total during checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping carrier:

• Blue Dart: 2-5 business days within India.
• Delhivery: 3-6 business days within India.
• India Post: 5-10 business days within India.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package through the chosen carrier"s website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. AOAC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement as per our Return and Refund Policy.
• Lost Items: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a reshipment.
