At Allahabad Organic Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd (AOAC), we are committed to ensuring the quality and freshness of our organic products. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request replacements.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
- Damaged or Defective Products: Returns and replacements are available for products that are damaged, defective, or harmful upon receipt.
- Time Frame: Requests for returns or replacements must be made within 7 days of receiving the products.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement.
3. Replacement Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving your request, we will inspect the provided evidence.
- Approval: If the return is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
- Processing Time: Replacements will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Preference-Based Returns: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as preference for taste, texture, or other subjective reasons.
- Expired Storage Period: After 8 days from receipt, customers are responsible for the storage of products, and returns are not accepted.
5. Conditions for Returns
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, except for the damage or defect being reported.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products: AOAC will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged or defective products.
- Other Returns: Shipping costs for returns due to reasons other than damage or defects are the responsibility of the customer.
7. International Returns
Currently, AOAC only handles returns within India. International returns are not accepted at this time.
8. Replacement Guarantee
- No General Refunds: AOAC does not generally offer refunds. Replacements are provided if the conditions outlined above are fulfilled.
- Processing Time: Replacements will be dispatched within 7-10 business days after approval.
